Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. boiling water
  • 1/2 c. cold water
  • ice cubes
  • 1 pkg. jello sugar-free chocolate pudding
  • 1 pkg. strawberry sugar-free jello
  • 1 c. fresh strawberries or frozen (quartered)

Instructions

  1. Dissolve jello in boiling water; mix cold water and ice cubes to make 1 1/2 cups.
  2. Stir into jello until slightly thickened. Remove any remaining ice cubes.
  3. Stir in strawberries.
  4. Divide into 6 dessert dishes.
  5. Refrigerate until just set, about 10 minutes (not firm).
  6. Pour milk into bowl and pudding mix.
  7. Beat with whisk for 2 minutes.
  8. Spoon about 1/4 cup pudding into each dish.
  9. Chill 1 hour or until set.
  10. Recipe can be doubled.
