Caramelized Macadamia Nuts

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup macadamia nuts, halved
  • 1/4 cup caster sugar

Instructions

  1. Heat small heavy saucepan over medium heat. Add the sugar and macadamia nuts to the pan and stir.
  2. Continue stirring until the sugar has melted and caramelized the macadamia nuts.
  3. Carefully transfer nuts onto waxed paper. Let cool - break into pieces.
