Ingredients

  • 1 c. undiluted evaporated milk
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • sugar to taste
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  1. Chill evaporated milk in refrigerator until ice crystals form around edges of the tray, about 15 to 20 minutes.
  2. Pour the chilled evaporated milk into a bowl.
  3. Whip until stiff, about 1 minute.
  4. Add lemon juice to the whipped milk.
  5. Whip very stiff for an additional 2 minutes.
