Ingredients

  • 6 cups unsweetened tea
  • 46 oz. can pineapple juice (Dole or Del Monte)
  • 8 oz. can frozen orange juice
  • 2 cups sugar
  • water as needed

Instructions

  1. Brew 6 cups of unsweetened tea to make half a gallon.
  2. Pour the brewed tea and the pineapple juice into a clean plastic jug.
  3. In a small pan, combine the frozen orange juice, sugar, and about half a cup of the tea and pineapple mixture.
  4. Heat the mixture until the orange juice and sugar dissolve completely, stirring thoroughly.
  5. Pour the heated mixture back into the gallon jug containing the tea and pineapple juice.
  6. Add water to the jug if needed to fill it to one gallon, then mix thoroughly.
  7. Place the jug in the refrigerator or freezer to chill until very cold, almost to a slush.
  8. Serve the punch over crushed ice in a punch bowl.
