Ingredients

  • 4 carrots

Instructions

  1. Scrub organic carrots or peel the carrots if they are not organic.
  2. Clean and cut beet into slender wedges, and wash and dry lettuce and spinach leaves.
  3. Juice half of the carrots.
  4. Add the beet.
  5. You may use the remaining carrots to help push the lettuce and spinach through the juicer. Enjoy!
