Warm Honey Cider

- Add the apple cider to a medium saucepan and bring to a light simmer.
- Stir in the Honey Lemon Syrup and lemon juice.
- Divide into 2 mugs and serve hot.
- Add honey, 1 cup water and the lemon zest to a saucepan over medium-high heat.
- Stir and lightly simmer for 25 minutes.
- Squeeze in the lemon juice, and then remove from the heat.
- Remove the lemon zest and cool completely before using.
