Instructions
- Bring water to a boil.
- Add boullion.
- Stir to dissolve.
- Add carrots and rice, return to boiling.
- Reduce heat to low.
- Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes.
