Instructions
- Fry fat back, preferably in cast-iron pot with lid.
- Remove fat back from pot.
- Put a layer of onions, layer of fish, etc. Lay whole peeled potatoes on top.
- Add seasoning and oleo.
- Put lid on pot; cook until potatoes are done.
- Will serve at least 12 people.
