Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. unflavored gelatin
  • 2 Tbsp. dry sherry
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice (fresh)
  • 6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped small
  • 1 c mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. anchovy paste
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Mix eggs, mayonnaise, anchovy paste and Worcestershire sauce together.
  2. Add gelatin mixture.
  3. Fold in caviar.
  4. Pour into mold. Refrigerate until set.
