Ingredients

  • 2 quartered chicken (8 pieces)
  • 1/4 c. red onion, chopped fine
  • 3/4 c. salad oil
  • 1 c. white Sauterne dry wine
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tsp. mixed Italian seasoning
  • 2 tsp. salt and pepper or more to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix together ingredients.
  2. Marinate chicken at least 4 hours or more, turning the chicken often.
  3. Barbecue them slowly and baste them with the sauce.
