Ingredients

  • 2 stalks celery
  • 4 carrots, peeled
  • 1 pt. sour half and half
  • 1 pkg. vegetable dip mix

Instructions

  1. Separate and clean the stalks of celery.
  2. Cut the celery into 2-inch sticks.
  3. Slice the peeled carrots into 1/2-inch thick slices.
  4. Attach four carrot slices to each celery stick using toothpicks to form wheels.
  5. Mix the vegetable dip mix with the sour half and half until well combined.
  6. Fill the celery wagons with the vegetable dip before serving.
