- With electric mixer at medium speed, beat cream cheese with ginger until thoroughly combined.
- Shape into cone.
- Wrap in foil and refrigerate.
- About 30 minutes before serving, press almonds, starting at top, into cone, overlapping rows to resemble pine cone.
