Cheesy Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hot sausage
  • 1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 3 c. Bisquick
  • scant 3/4 c. water (cold)

Instructions

  1. Crumble bacon and drain sausage on paper towels.
  2. Cool.
  3. Grate cheese; add to Bisquick along with sausage.
  4. Stir well.
  5. Slowly stir water in with fork.
  6. Make into small balls; brown in 400° oven for 10 or 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
  7. Serve hot.
