Ingredients

  • ti leaves
  • taro or luau leaves
  • pork butt
  • Hawaiian salt

Instructions

  1. Spray
  2. pan with Pam.
  3. Line pan with ti leaves, followed by taro or luau leaves.
  4. Place 1-inch slabs of pork butt over leaves. Sprinkle
  5. with
  6. a little bit of Hawaiian salt.
  7. Add a can of cream
  8. of mushroom soup.
  9. Repeat layers.
  10. At the end, cover with ti leaves. Cover pan; bake in a 300° oven for 6 to 8 hours.
  11. In a big pan, use 3 cans of cream of mushroom soup.
