Cherry Crepes

Ingredients

  • 1 c. dairy sour cream
  • 1/3 c. brown sugar, packed
  • 1 c. Bisquick baking mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
  • 1/4 c. orange flavored liqueur

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350°.
  2. Blend sour cream and brown sugar. Set aside.
  3. Beat baking mix, egg and milk with rotary beater until smooth.
  4. Spoon 2 tablespoons batter into hot lightly greased 6 or 7-inch skillet. Rotate pan until batter covers bottom. Bake until bubbles appear.
  5. Gently loosen edge.
  6. Turn and bake the other side.
  7. Spoon 1 tablespoon sour cream mixture onto 1/2 of each crepe. Roll up.
  8. Place crepes, seam side down, on ovenproof platter.
  9. Bake about 5 minutes.
