Ingredients

  • 1 lb. chicken breasts, trimmed
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 c. raw rice
  • dash of salt and pepper
  • dash of oregano
  • tomato paste
  • 1 1/2 c. water

Instructions

  1. Rub garlic cloves over chicken breasts.
  2. Spray 9 x 11-inch cooking dish with Pam.
  3. Place chicken in dish.
  4. Add tomato paste mixed with 1 1/2 cups water.
  5. Dash of salt, pepper and oregano. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
