Chicken Ala Cornflakes

Ingredients

  • 1 cut up chicken
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 c. cornflakes, crushed
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash and drain chicken.
  2. Place on paper towel.
  3. Pour cup of milk in bowl; dip chicken in milk.
  4. Place on plate and season with salt, pepper and seasoned salt.
  5. Roll chicken in crushed cornflakes and place on slightly greased pan; bake in oven at 350° for about 45 minutes or until nicely brown.
