Ingredients

  • 3 lbs whole chickens
  • 1 (14 ounce) can whole tomatoes, with sauce
  • 1/2 large onion, sliced
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Place chicken in a large pot.
  2. add all ingredients
  3. bring to boil cover and simmer for 1 hour or until tender.
  4. serve over top of potatoes or rice.
  5. Note: For Gluten free use gluten free soy sauce and gluten free tomatoes.
