Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 6 oz. sour cream
  • 1 c. water
  • rice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix water, sour cream and cream of chicken soup together.
  2. Put chicken breasts in crock-pot.
  3. Pour broth over breasts and let simmer 6 to 8 hours.
