Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. thyme
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 4 chicken breasts, split
  • 1 1/2 c. cornflake crumbs

Instructions

  1. Combine sour cream and seasonings.
  2. Dip chicken in mixture. Roll in crumbs.
  3. Bake in well-buttered pan at 350° for 1 hour or until tender.
  4. Yields 6 servings.
