Ingredients

  • bacon
  • cheddar cheese
  • mayonnaise
  • n
  • chicken
  • green pepper

Instructions

  1. Coat chicken with seasoned coating mix as directed on package and arrange in single layer in ungreased shallow baking pan.
  2. Bake at 400° for 40 to 50 minutes or until tender.
  3. Meanwhile, combine cheese, bacon, mayonnaise and peppers, blending well.
  4. Spread over baked chicken and broil for 5 minutes.
  5. Makes 4 servings.
