Ingredients

  • tomato
  • armour chili
  • onion
  • ground chuck
  • glass water
  • brooks chili beans

Instructions

  1. Cook meat
  2. and
  3. onion
  4. in
  5. a
  6. skillet
  7. and
  8. drain.
  9. Add Chili-O powder
  10. and
  11. simmer another 10 minutes.
  12. While cooking the meat
  13. mixture, start another large pot (8 quarts); add V-8 juice, chili
  14. beans
  15. and
  16. mix
  17. tomatoes plus the water in pot. Bring to a boil then reduce to low heat.
  18. Add the cooked meat mixture to the big
  19. pot
  20. mixture
  21. and
  22. return to a slow boil. Then turn to simmer
  23. and add Armour chili and cook another 10 minutes.
  24. One cup of cooked spaghetti can be added also at the time you add the Armour chili.
