Ingredients

  • 3 c. instant mashed potatoes (make as directed on pkg.)
  • 1 egg, whipped with fork
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton onion chip dip

Instructions

  1. Mix, place in
  2. greased casserole
  3. and dot with butter. Bake covered at 350°
  4. for 1 hour.
  5. (May make ahead and refrigerate before baking.)
