Ingredients

  • 2 c. crushed potato chips
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 c. melted margarine
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 (3 lb.) chicken, cut up

Instructions

  1. Mix potato chip crumbs, garlic salt and pepper in a shallow dish.
  2. Dip chicken parts in melted margarine.
  3. Coat with potato chip mixture and place skin side down in baking dish.
  4. Bake for one hour at 375°.
