Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef or chuck
  • 1 can (13 oz.) evaporated milk
  • 1 envelope dried onion soup mix
  • 1 c. crushed potato chips
  • 1/2 c. bottled barbecue sauce

Instructions

  1. Mix first 4 ingredients lightly, but thoroughly.
  2. Shape in loaf in baking pan; pour sauce over top.
  3. Bake at 375° for 1 hour.
