Cinnamon Cookie Crisps

Ingredients

  • 10 (8-inch) flour tortillas
  • 6 oz. pkg. (1 c.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 Tbsp. shortening
  • 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 400°.
  2. Let tortillas stand at room temperature for 10 to 15 minutes.
  3. Cut each into 8 wedges.
  4. Place on ungreased cookie sheets.
  5. Bake at 400° for 3 to 5 minutes or until light golden brown.
