Ingredients

  • 1 quart commercial eggnog
  • 1 cup sherry
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg white
  • cinnamon sticks

Instructions

  1. Mix eggnog, sherry, and powdered cinnamon; beat well.
  2. Stir in milk and salt; heat gently to below boiling.
  3. Beat egg white to soft peaks; fold into hot nog.
  4. Serve with cinnamon sticks for stirring.
