Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh orange juice
  • 2 None lemons, peel finely grated and lemons juiced
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 4 sprigs fresh mint, plus additional leaves, for garnish
  • 1 None cinnamon stick
  • 1 piece (1 inch) ginger, peeled and sliced

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients into a medium saucepan on high heat. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 3 mins.
  2. Strain mixture. Serve topped with additional mint leaves.
