Instructions
- Combine mayonnaise, mustard, eggs, chives, salt and pepper.
- Spread half of the bread slices with egg mixture.
- Top with watercress.
- Top with another slice of bread spread with mayonnaise.
- Trim the crusts away and slice into fingers.
- Serve.
