Instructions
- Combine cocoa, sugar and salt in saucepan.
- Stir in water and cook over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth, about 2 minutes.
- Add vanilla.
- Use immediately or put into jar.
- Cover and store in refrigerator.
- Makes 2 cups.
