Instructions

  1. Combine cocoa, sugar and salt in saucepan.
  2. Stir in water and cook over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth, about 2 minutes.
  3. Add vanilla.
  4. Use immediately or put into jar.
  5. Cover and store in refrigerator.
  6. Makes 2 cups.
