Instructions
- Beat egg whites until stiff.
- Add 1/2 the sugar gradually, continue to beat until very stiff and smooth.
- Sift cocoa with rest of sugar. Add gradually, continuing to beat all the while. Finally beat in vanilla.
- Pile into dessert dishes.
- Serve with cream.
