Ingredients
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
- 2 cups cooled coffee ⓘ
- 4 teaspoons artificial sweetener
Instructions
- Sprinkle gelatin over 1/2 cup of cooled coffee in a small saucepan. Stir over low heat until gelatin dissolves.
- Add remaining coffee and artificial sweetener to the saucepan and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl, cover, and chill until it is firm.
- Serve chilled.
