Cold Pineapple Chiffon Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 lemon chiffon cake (Kroger)
  • 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 pt. whipping cream
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 pkg. vanilla Jell-O pudding

Instructions

  1. Mix pineapple, lemon juice and pudding.
  2. Beat whipping cream until milky; mix with pudding mixture.
  3. Cut cake into 4 layers. Spread pudding mixture on all cake layers.
  4. Let set overnight in refrigerator.
