Colorful Dome Shaped Fruit Yogurt Jelly

Ingredients

  • 1 Fruits of your choice
  • 300 grams Plain yogurt
  • 200 ml Milk
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 dash Vanilla extract
  • 10 grams Gelatin powder
  • 5 tbsp Water

Instructions

  1. Soak the gelatin in water and let stand for a while to soften.
  2. Cut the fruit into bite-size pieces and place in a bowl.
  3. Add milk and sugar in a pot and bring to a simmer.
  4. Reduce the heat and add the softened gelatin.
  5. Turn off the heat and cool.
  6. When the gelatin mixture has cooled to room temperature, add yogurt and combine.
  7. Add vanilla extract.
  8. Add the gelatin mixture to the fruit bowl and cover with plastic wrap.
  9. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  10. When the jelly is completely set, warm the bowl over hot water so that it's easy to remove.
  11. Unmold the jelly onto a plate and it's done!
  12. You can decorate with whipping cream and/or fruit sauce if you like.
