Colorful Dome Shaped Fruit Yogurt Jelly

- Soak the gelatin in water and let stand for a while to soften.
- Cut the fruit into bite-size pieces and place in a bowl.
- Add milk and sugar in a pot and bring to a simmer.
- Reduce the heat and add the softened gelatin.
- Turn off the heat and cool.
- When the gelatin mixture has cooled to room temperature, add yogurt and combine.
- Add vanilla extract.
- Add the gelatin mixture to the fruit bowl and cover with plastic wrap.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- When the jelly is completely set, warm the bowl over hot water so that it's easy to remove.
- Unmold the jelly onto a plate and it's done!
- You can decorate with whipping cream and/or fruit sauce if you like.
