Ingredients

  • 6 oranges, peeled and sectioned
  • 3/4 cup grated coconut
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
  • 1 (11-ounce) can mandarin oranges, undrained
  • Lettuce leaves
  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients. Toss; chill. Spoon onto lettuce leaves. Spread mayonnaise over fruit; garnish with cherries.
