Ingredients

  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. red jello
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. green jello
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange jello
  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
  • 1 pt. vanilla ice cream

Instructions

  1. Make individual layers of red, green, and orange jello in separate trays following the package instructions. Allow them to set completely, ideally overnight.
  2. Once the Jello layers are set, cut them into small cubes or desired shapes.
  3. In a serving mold, layer the cubed Jello and vanilla ice cream alternating or as desired to create a colorful, confetti-like effect.
  4. Serve chilled, allowing the ice cream to soften slightly for easier serving.
