Instructions
- Put 1/2 of milk in double boiler; heat and use other half with flour to make a paste.
- Put paste into heated milk and cook until very thick and heavy, almost like a ball, stirring constantly.
- Let cool until thoroughly cold.
- Put in mixer and add the remaining ingredients.
- Beat until fluffy.
