Cooking Applesauce

A delicious and simple applesauce made from fresh apples, sweetened with sugar and flavored with cinnamon. Perfect as a healthy snack or dessert for all ages.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup fruit juice or water
  • 4 apples, cut in eighths
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Put the liquid (fruit juice or water) and 4 or 5 pieces of apple in the blender container. Cover and process until smooth.
  2. Push the blend button and add the remaining apples a few at a time, blending until smooth.
  3. Add the sugar and cinnamon to the blended applesauce and mix well.
