Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes peeled and chopped
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • salt
  • olive oil
  • 1 coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. Thoroughly cook potato, onion, garlic and a little coriander.
  2. Blend using a stick blender until smooth.
  3. Warm over low heat. Add remaining chopped coriander and serve.
