Ingredients

  • 20 cups corn (cut off cob)
  • 5 cups ice water
  • 1/4 cup salt
  • 1/4 to 3/4 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix the corn with ice water, salt, and sugar in a container.
  2. Put the mixture in the freezer and freeze.
  3. Thaw before use and pour off excess water prior to cooking.
