Corned Beef Brisket Steamed

Ingredients

  • Corned beef brisket
  • 1 qt. ginger ale
  • Orange marmalade to generously cover

Instructions

  1. To braise brisket, line a pan with a rack, with foil.
  2. Pour ginger ale in bottom of pan.
  3. Place brisket on rack and cover tightly with foil. Place in 300° oven for approximately 5 hours. Remove foil cover and generously coat brisket with orange marmalade. Increase oven temperature to 375° and bake for about 45 minutes until carmalized.
  4. Slice thin and serve.
