Corned Beef Brisket Steamed

Instructions
- To braise brisket, line a pan with a rack, with foil.
- Pour ginger ale in bottom of pan.
- Place brisket on rack and cover tightly with foil. Place in 300° oven for approximately 5 hours. Remove foil cover and generously coat brisket with orange marmalade. Increase oven temperature to 375° and bake for about 45 minutes until carmalized.
- Slice thin and serve.
