Ingredients

  • pork neck bones
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • dry hot peppers to taste
  • chili pepper to taste
  • 4 c. yellow plain cornmeal

Instructions

  1. Cook neck bones in 1 gallon water until tender and falls off bones.
  2. Remove meat from bones.
  3. Add spices to meat and set aside in a separate bowl.
