Country Brisket

Instructions
- Marinate brisket for at least 1 hour in 1 cup of buttermilk; wipe dry.
- Mix all other ingredients and work into brisket.
- Cook at 275°, uncovered, until done, or wrap in foil and cook at 375° for 3 1/2 hours.
- Pour drippings in gravy boat and serve with meat.
