Crab Potatoes

Instructions
- Bake potatoes.
- Halve them.
- Scoop out and mash potatoes while still hot, adding first the butter, then other ingredients and mix well.
- Re-fill potato skins (or put into seashells) and bake for 20 minutes at 400°.
- Can be made in advance.
- Serves 12.
