Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 c. fine corn meal
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt or more if needed
  • 1 bag thick plain pork rinds, crushed
  • hot water as needed

Instructions

  1. Put salt in meal.
  2. Put your pork rinds in.
  3. (Do not crush the rinds too fine.
  4. I use my rolling pin to crush the rinds.)
  5. Add hot water to make up bread (use hands).
  6. Make into pones and bake in a 375° oven.
