Cranberry Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry gelatin
  • 1 c. hot water
  • 1/2 c. diced celery
  • 1/4 c. chopped walnuts
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 (1 lb.) can whole berry cranberry sauce

Instructions

  1. Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
  2. Chill until slightly thickened.
  3. Break up cranberries with a fork.
  4. Stir cranberries, celery and walnuts into gelatin.
  5. Fold in sour cream.
  6. Mold; chill until firm.
