Cranberry Drink

Ingredients

  • 1 qt. cranberries (or Roselle)
  • 2 lemons
  • 2 oranges
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 12 cloves
  • 2 1/2 c. sugar

Instructions

  1. Prepare Roselle by taking the petals off and washing them before measuring.
  2. Grind all the fruit together; add 1 cup water and boil for 5 minutes.
  3. Strain and add sugar.
  4. While hot, add cinnamon and cloves.
  5. Cool and when ready to serve.
  6. Add water to taste.
