Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 cups cranberry juice cocktail
  • 1 to 1 3/4 packages powdered fruit pectin
  • 4 cups sugar
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a kettle, combine cranberry juice and powdered fruit pectin.
  2. Bring to a full, rolling boil.
  3. Stir in sugar.
  4. Bring the mixture again to a boil.
  5. Boil hard, uncovered, for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  6. Remove from heat.
  7. Stir in lemon juice.
  8. Skim off foam.
  9. Pour into hot, sterilized jars.
  10. Cover with hot wax or water seal.
