Cranberry Simple Syrup

Ingredients

  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 1/2 cups fresh cranberries

Instructions

  1. Dissolve sugar in water in a saucepan over medium heat. Add cranberries and simmer on low until cranberries have softened but before they begin to pop, about 15 minutes. Cool, strain, and refrigerate.
