Cranberry Wontons

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cups Whole Cranberry Sauce
  • 1 whole Jalapeno Pepper, Seeded And Chopped
  • 1/4 cups Sugar
  • 1/4 cups Mayonnaise
  • 10 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 24 whole Wonton Wrappers

Instructions

  1. Combine the whole cranberry sauce, jalapeno, sugar and mayonnaise in a food processor.
  2. Process until smooth.
  3. Divide the mixture in half (it makes about 1 cup total) and reserve one half (1/2 cup) for a dipping sauce.
  4. With the remaining half, blend in the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Spray a mini muffin tin (holds 24) with cooking spray.
  6. Preheat oven to 400F.
  7. Lay out 24 wonton wrappers and spoon about a teaspoon of the cream cheese mixture in the middle of each wrapper.
  8. Gather up each corner and place the neat little packet into the mini muffin tin.
  9. Bake in the oven until golden brown and crispy.
  10. This will take about 10 minutes.
  11. Dip the wontons in the dipping sauce.
  12. Enjoy!
